Hi, Have We Met?
Maybe you’ve noticed some changes around here? We quietly, but proudly, launched the new design of the Jetpack Workflow website last week. The team has been hard at work for the last year conceptualizing, developing, and creating a whole new experience for our customers and those who are dropping by to read our content. From the beautiful and custom-designed illustrations that grace our homepage (shoutout to our resident designer and beloved kitty tamer, Hillary!) to the long-awaited and improved mobile experience, our website is now the reflection of the Jetpack Workflow mission and values like never before.
I can say wholeheartedly that I never expected this process to take quite as long as it did. I thought I could just shoulder the whole thing and put a new website out in the world in 2 months, tops. What started as a “light touch-up of our current website” turned into an all-hands-on-deck, multi-person website team, with each person bringing their unique strengths and ideas to the table.

Hillary took our ramblings of “this feature really reminds me of the time I had a robot do my tasks, but like a friendly robot? You know what I mean?” and nailed them each time. She truly captured the functionality of Jetpack Workflow with whimsy and humor, something our team is known for (if you have ever spoken to one of our team members, you will know what we mean!)
Our customers are the ones who make us shine, and we couldn’t have done a website update without reaching out to those who best represented what a successful Jetpack Workflow customer looked like. We were excited to hear their stories, showcase them on the homepage and on the testimonials page, and can’t wait to tell their whole stories in upcoming case studies!
We knew that people often had trouble finding some of the amazing content we were putting out there, so a whole new design on the blog and posts were necessary. Now you can find our posts by category, publish date, and by using the handy sitemap. We also made it easier to find the Growing Your Firm podcast and are making it easier to sign up for the newsletter.
We took stock of what we had on the old site and realized that a lot of what we were using was outdated and stuck in the past. We made sure that the new website reflected the true personality of who we are as a company, including the colors, fonts, iconography, and many other elements. Our logos have all been updated (no more rogue out-dated logos) and now you can easily find us on social media by looking in the footer and clicking on any one of those links.
One of the things I immediately knew needed to be fixed when I started at Jetpack Workflow was that the website needed some help with mobile responsiveness. The new updated design took into account this need and we made sure that across all devices, people can access and learn more about us and read content wherever they are.

These are just some of the things we are loving with the new site design! It’s been a heck of a year and I am super proud of the way we were able to stay on target and leave the website better than we found it.
