At Jetpack Workflow, Inc, a Delaware corporation (“our”, “us”, “we”, and “Jetpack Workflow”), we are committed to maintaining your data privacy. This policy details how we collect, use, and share (“process”) your information when you are a visitor to our website or a subscriber of Kiick, accessible at https://app.getkiick.com, or any of our other applications or services (collectively, the “Services”).

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy governs our collection and usage of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered when you are accessing one of our Websites (www.getkiick.com) or using our Services as an Authorized User of a subscriber.

It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Websites or Services.

We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and will provide a prominent notice directly on the Website or in the Service, or, by sending an email notification to the email address associated with the primary account holder. We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.

What Data Do We Collect?

When you register for the Service, or make certain requests through our websites, such as signing up for a newsletter, downloading special content, or requesting support, we ask for information that identifies you personally (“personal information”). This includes your name, company name, email address, billing address, profile image, and phone number. This information may be provided manually by you, or we may retrieve it from a third-party if you choose to register/sign-in using a supported third party. We may retrieve additional information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.

When you subscribe to our Services, we will collect, with your consent, financial data for all transactions performed through our Services, including payment information such as credit card number, verification code, and billing address. We do not otherwise solicit or collect sensitive information.

We automatically collect system (“non-personal information”) from all visitors to our website and users of our Services, which includes information about your computer (IP address, browser type, and browser version) and Usage Information (pages/content viewed, referred pages, and visit length). This will be connected to Personal Information provided when you subscribe to our Services.

Our Services allow subscribers to record and organize information about their customers (“Clients”) to manage and track client work. You may provide information about your Authorized Users, as well as your Clients.

Jetpack Workflow does not control the types of information that our subscribers may choose to collect, store, and manage about their clients using our Services. That information belongs to them and is used, disclosed and protected by them according to their privacy policies and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Our subscribers control and are responsible for correcting, deleting, or updating information they have collected from you and have stored using the Services.

Jetpack Workflow processes our subscribers’ information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our subscribers, and we store it on our service providers’ servers, but we do not have control over its collection or management. Our agreements with our customers prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve our Services, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law. We have no direct relationship with individuals who provide Personal Information to our customers. Jetpack Workflow acknowledges that you have the right to access your Personal Information.

Where Do We Store the Data?

Jetpack Workflow uses third-party vendors and partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our service. Although Jetpack Workflow owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Service, you retain all rights to your data.

All data currently resides in and is processed within the United States of America. In order to provide the best experience for all of our customers, we may decide to process information in other countries, as well. For any Personal Information that may be transferred from the European Economic Area, a Data Processing Addendum may be obtained by contacting support@getkiick.com.

All Personal Information is stored as long as necessary to provide our Services and may be stored indefinitely, unless otherwise requested.

What about Cookies or Tracking Data?

We use session cookies to distinguish individual users, remember when they are logged in, and store users’ preferences. We also use third-party analytics cookies and tracking mechanisms to better understand how our Authorized Users and visitors interact with the Website and Services. We may also use retargeting cookies that allow us to direct advertisements to visitors who have viewed our Website in the past. Web Beacons, or Tracking Pixels, are used to track the effectiveness of our communications and marketing activities.

What about Payment Information?

Any credit card information you provide as part of the Services is processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, through their Stripe Checkout and Customer Portal services. We never receive or store your full credit card information. Stripe commits to complying with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) and using industry standard security. Stripe may use your Payment Information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy here: https://stripe.com/privacy.

Our Website and Services may contain Social media widgets and buttons, such as from Facebook or Twitter. These features may collect System and Usage data, as well as use cookies to identify unique users or preferences. We may also post links to other third party websites. Any Social Media features or third Party Websites are governed by their own policies and not by this Privacy Policy.

How do we secure the data?

We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational controls to safeguard our systems and your data. However, no electronic system can ever be 100% secure from unauthorized 3rd parties. Be sure to always protect your login credentials and use our Services within a secure environment.

If you are a client of a subscriber to our Services, contact that subscriber directly to resolve your request. Jetpack Workflow will forward any requests from clients regarding their personal information directly to the responsible subscriber and will work with them to resolve the request as necessary.

As a subscriber, you may access, update, or delete the data you have supplied to the Services at any time by logging into your account. For any other requests or assistance, reach out to us at support@getkiick.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

How do I opt out?

You may update your settings in the Services at any time to reduce the number of notifications you receive from the application. You may also unsubscribe to any email communications you receive by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the footer of each message.

You may be able to change the preferences on your browser or device to prevent or limit your device’s acceptance of cookies, but this may prevent you from taking advantage of some of our features.

Information About Children

The Services are not intended for or targeted at children under 18, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 18.
