Jetpack Workflow stores user data at Digital Ocean data centers and all uploaded attachments are stored in’s S3 data centers. Backups are done multiple times per day.

How does the free trial work?

Once you sign up, your free 14-day trial begins. To gain access, you must first activate your account using the unique email that was sent to you on sign up.

At any point during the trial, you can add your payment information. You will not be charged when you add your payment information. Charges will be applied at the end of your trial if you had put your credit card on file.

After the trial is up, you will have the option to sign up for a monthly or yearly subscription plan to continue using the service.

Will you help my team adopt it?

Yes, absolutely! Once you activate your account by adding payment information, you can select complimentary training sessions depending on the number of users that will use your account.

If you have 3 or more team members that will need to be brought up to speed, your Customer Success Specialist can arrange complimentary training sessions to get you and your team up to speed.

If you have fewer than 3 users in your account, we also offer free training sessions. Check out the options here. We also offer free courses in Jetpack Workflow University.

Can I change my plan after I sign up?

Yes, you can change your plan after you sign up. You can change from monthly to yearly or add more seats to your plan by accessing your Billing profile. 

If you are moving from yearly to monthly, we recommend contacting billing support using the chat or emailing Billing at billing at jetpackworkflow dot com.

What if Jetpack Workflow doesn’t work for me?

Fear not. We know picking a new platform can be nerve wracking at times. All yearly plans come with a 30-day no-risk guarantee.

Monthly plans renew on the date your subscription first activated and your payment first posted and must be cancelled prior to this date. Your subscription will be active until that time. No refunds are offered for monthly plans.

Can Jetpack Workflow be used outside of the United States?

All of our billing is done in US dollars, but the platform can be used from anywhere in the world. The application is built to be flexible and adjustable to your setup. In fact, we have customers in 18 countries!

What does “complimentary training” include?

Complimentary training include up to five 30-minute sessions with our account team to deliver best practices, suggestions for setup, and team training for your account.

Do you have other set-up options?

Yes! We also offer more customized training sessions and onboarding support with our Kickstarter and Done for You service packages.
