At Jetpack Workflow, we won’t let your Data Privacy fall through the cracks. Gaining visibility into your Firm includes understanding how we collect, use, and share your information when you are a visitor to a Jetpack Workflow website or a subscriber of the Jetpack Workflow Application and Services (collectively, the “Services”).

What does this Privacy Policy cover?

This Privacy Policy governs our collection and usage of personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”) gathered when you are accessing one of our Websites (www.jetpackworkflow.com) or using our Services as an Authorized User of a subscriber.

It also describes your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Websites or Services.

We periodically update this Privacy Policy. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and will provide a prominent notice, either directly on the Website, by sending you an email notification, or, for active subscribers, In-Application notifications. We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.

Personal Information

This refers to any information that identifies you personally, including contact information, such as your name, e-mail address, company name, address, phone number, and other information about yourself or your business. Personal Information can also include information about any transactions, both free and paid, that you enter into on the Websites, and information about you that is available on the internet, such as from Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google, or publicly available information that we acquire from service providers.

Personal Information also includes System Information about your computer (IP address, browser type, and browser version) and Usage Information (pages/content viewed, referred pages, and visit length). This will be connected to Personal Information provided when you subscribe to our Services.

This Privacy Policy lays out how this information is collected and used by us, and your rights regarding our processing of this information.

Sensitive Information

This refers to credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information, Social Security numbers, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers or similar personal identifiers, racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health condition or information, other employment, financial or health information, or information about individuals under the age of 16.

Subscribers provide payment information including credit card information, which is stored with a PCI-Compliant processor.

What Data Do We Collect?

When You Visit our Websites

You are not required to provide any information to us when visiting our Websites. You may choose to provide Personal Information when contacting us regarding sales, support, or general inquiries.

We automatically collect System and Usage data of all visitors to our Websites. This includes behavioral and device data collected through analytics and marketing tools such as HubSpot and PostHog.

When You Use our Services

Use of Services by our Subscribers

The Jetpack Workflow services allow subscribers to record and organize information about their customers (“Clients”) to manage and track client work. You may provide information about your Authorized Users, as well as your Clients.

Jetpack Workflow does not control the types of information that our subscribers may choose to collect, store, and manage about their clients using our Services. That information belongs to them and is used, disclosed and protected by them according to their privacy policies and is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Our subscribers control and are responsible for correcting, deleting, or updating information they have collected from you and have stored using the Services.

Jetpack Workflow processes our subscribers’ information as they direct and in accordance with our agreements with our subscribers, and we store it on our service providers’ servers, but we do not have control over its collection or management. Our agreements with our customers prohibit us from using that information, except as necessary to provide and improve our Services, as permitted by this Privacy Policy, and as required by law. We have no direct relationship with individuals who provide Personal Information to our customers. Jetpack Workflow acknowledges that you have the right to access your Personal Information.

We may work with our customers to help them provide notice to their visitors about their data collection, processing, and usage.

Information That We Collect

We automatically collect System and Usage data for all users of our Services.

Jetpack Workflow requires registration to use our Services. At a minimum, we require Company Name and Phone Number for the Organization, and Name and Email address of each Authorized User. Additionally, users may optionally provide phone number and mailing address. Some or all of this information may be retrieved automatically through available opt-in Integrations with Third Party systems, such as Quickbooks.

We also use analytics, messaging, and identity tools such as Intercom, PostHog, HubSpot, and Auth0 to enhance the product experience and understand how users interact with our application. These tools may collect behavioral data including session activity, screen recordings, and feature usage, and may connect that data to user identifiers where applicable.

Information Collected From Other Websites & Third Parties

We may use third-party services to collect publicly-available information about Authorized Users, including without limitation social media information, profile information, gender, company, job titles, photos, physical addresses, and website URLs based on the email addresses input into the Services.

What Do We Do with the Data?

  • Identify Authorized Users and secure their accounts and track their preferences.
  • Provide the Services you request as part of the Agreement.
  • Provide timely and accurate support in response to your comments and questions.
  • Notify you regarding your account and requested Services.
  • Communicate with you about promotions, new features and products.
  • Improve our Website and Services through analytics and feedback.
  • Protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activities.

Your information will never be shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except as described within this Privacy Policy.

Where Do We Store the Data?

All data currently resides in and is processed within the United States of America. A Data Processing Addendum may be obtained by contacting privacy@jetpackworkflow.com.

Cookies or Tracking Data

We use cookies and similar technologies for session management, analytics, and marketing. This includes tools such as PostHog, Intercom, and HubSpot. You can disable cookies in your browser, but this may limit some functionality.

Payment Information

We use Stripe for payment processing. Stripe handles your credit card information directly and complies with PCI-DSS standards. Their policy is available at https://stripe.com/us/checkout/legal.

With Whom Do We Share the Data?

We share information with service providers who help deliver the Services. These include:

  • Intercom – Support and messaging
  • PostHog – Analytics and session recording
  • Auth0 – Authentication
  • FlatFile – Data imports
  • Stripe – Payment processing
  • HubSpot – Marketing automation

Access, Update, or Delete My Data

You may access, update, or delete your information by logging into your account or contacting us at privacy@jetpackworkflow.com.

Children

The Services are not intended for individuals under 18. If we learn we have collected data from a child, we will delete it.
